On the initiative of Counterpart International, Customer Service in Public Sector training courses, organized by Orange Armenia specialists, were held in Yerevan and Kapan in October and November for the public sector employees from different regions of Armenia, among them employees of bureaus of vital statistics, rural and urban municipalities, librarians. After the pilot phase of this project, implemented in July and August, this is a second wave of trainings aiming at giving high standard customer service skills to employees of public sector.
Orange continues the realization of its projects aimed at the community development and technological evolution of the regions of Armenia. This week a number of projects were realized in Syunik and Vayots Dzor regions, including the creation of computer rooms in Martiros and Shaghat villages and furnishing of a gym in Angeghakot village.
This week, in the scope of partnership with the regional universities of Armenia, the Orange Foundation granted scholarships to 34 students of the Kapan branch of the State Engineering University of Armenia (SEUA), Goris State University and the Yeghegnadzor branch of Armenian State University of Economics.

Today Orange launched “My Orange” application – an innovative mobile application for Android and iOS platforms, the first one in the Armenian telecommunication industry. The application will be available on Google Play Store starting November 5th and on AppStore starting November 20th. It is free of charge and will allow Orange customers to manage their mobile account in a very handy and pleasant way.
