Orange offers “Online Help” service
Today Orange launched its “Online Help” service - a new customer care service, which will enable the customers to get necessary help directly through “chat” in case they might have questions or difficulties regarding Orange services or products.
This service is open to all, regardless whether they are Orange customers or not. It is available from the homepage of Orange Armenia’s official website:
www.orangearmenia.am. To use the service Orange customers should use their password for “My Orange page” self-care service and those who are not Orange customers, should register first.
“Nowadays many people prefer getting information on services not by call or visit, but through internet. “Online Help” service is one more tool to provide high-quality service to our customers in the way they prefer. We are quite convinced that this service will be especially comfortable for those in roaming, as in this case contacting Customer Care service will be free. This service is also available to non-Orange customers who wish to learn about Orange services,” said Bruno Duthoit, Orange Armenia CEO.
