For security and privacy reasons we protect your account with a password. To set-up or change your password, please dial 111 from the telephone connected to your Flybox. You will need to enter the last 6 digits of the ID number you used when subscribing to Flybox (it could be for example your passport number).

After entering these 6 digits you will be asked to define your new Orange password. Enter a number from 4 to 8 digits that you can remember easily. Don’t share your password with anyone.
