Your Orange Flybox account is divided into balance and credit. 

The balance represents the money you put on your account using scratch cards, cash payments or received from other Orange customers through money transfer service.

Credit is expressed in high speed traffic, national and international minutes or SMS.

Every month you receive a package of high speed traffic, corresponding to your subscription plan. If you do not consume this bundle during the month, the remaining traffic will be transferred to the next month. You can cumulate a maximum of two months traffic on your account. 

You will also receive monthly packages of national, international minutes or SMS, up to you to choose. You can use these minutes or SMS only within the month. 

You can activate services and options only when you have money on your balance.

Your billing date is the first day of each calendar month. At the beginning of each month you will receive an invoice which includes your tariff plan monthly fee, fees for additional options you may have activated and used services. You have 20 days to pay the invoice.
