Description of Internet Now, MyFi and Flybox services

If you are an Internet Now   or  MyFi  services subscriber, every month you will receive a high-speed internet bundle according to the tariff plan you have chosen.  After consuming your high-speed internet traffic, you continue using unlimited internet. As an Internet Now or MyFi services subscriber, every month you also receive SMS bundle. Once you have consumed your SMS bundle, you can continue sending SMS after recharging your account or using your credit limit.

If you are a Flybox service subscriber, every month you  will receive high-speed internet bundle according to the tariff plan you have chosen. After consuming your high-speed internet bundle you continue using unlimited internet. As a Flybox service subscriber You can also choose one or more service bundles that include minutes for local or international calls, as well as local or international SMS. Once you have consumed the bundles included in your monthly subscription, you can continue making calls and sending SMS after recharging your account or using your credit limit.

The high-speed internet traffic of Internet Now, MyFi and Flybox tariff plans, which is not consumed by you during the current month, will be transferred to the following month adding to the high-speed internet traffic of that month, which can after be again transferred to the following months, if not fully consumed during that month. In any case, the total high-speed internet traffic for each month cannot exceed double amount of internet traffic of your tariff plan. In case it does, the difference will be nullified.

To use Orange mobile internet services you can purchase a relevant modem with special conditions or by paying the full price (link to orangearmenia.am/internet/modems/). Manufacturer’s warranty is provided for the modem. Upon reception of the modem you should examine it on the spot and report if any defects or flaws are found. Modems and devices offered by Orange are compatible only with Orange services and Orange SIM cards.

If acquire a modem together with Orange internet service there are 15 days to test the service, in particular, to find out whether it meets your needs and requirements, if there is coverage in the place where you mainly intend to use the internet service and get acquainted with mobile internet services. If in the trial period there are any issues related to the internet service, its usage or quiality, you can apply to any Orange shop and terminate the subscription, unless mutually acceptable solution is found. In this case paid monthly fee will be refunded to you if the consumed high-speed internet traffic does not exceed 100MB. You can again subscribe to Orange mobile internet services after 2 months from the day you returned the modem, but not more than 3 times during one year.

Orange mobile internet services subscription agreement is signed for indefinite term and You can terminate it at any time by just visiting any Orange shop. If while subscribing to Orange internet you  have acquired a device to use internet services with special conditions and commitment to remain a subscriber for a defined period of time, then after the end of the commitment period the subscription continues, unless you terminate it by visiting any Orange shop.

how to change a tariff plan

If you are an Internet Now, MyFi or Flybox services subscriber, you can change your tariff plan free of charge at any time by visiting My Orange page or Orange shop and signing a relevant application/agreement, in case change of the tariff plan is allowed in the frames of the current offer. If your account balance is negative or you have other debts, the relevant amounts should be paid in order to change the tariff plan. The new tariff plan and credit limit will take effect as from the 1st day of the month following the day of the change. Minutes and SMS included in the tariff plan are not transferable in case of tariff plan change.

Migration from Internet Now to Flybox and vice versa 
If You are Internet Now or MyFi services subscriber and want to become a Flybox service subscriber, visit any Orange shop, sign a relevant application/agreement, other documents required by Orange, acquire a modem corresponding to the current service type, new SIM card, if your previous SIM card is not compatible with the new modem, and in case negative balance or other debts are applicable, pay the relevant amounts. If you have acquired a modem with special conditions and your commitment is not yet fulfilled, then you will be required to pay the fees and penalty set forth by the subscription agreement. On your account you should have credit equal to 1 month subscription fee of the chosen tariff plan. The change will take effect as from the 1st day of the month following the day of the change.

If you do not have any debts, and there is a positive credit on your account (additional recharge made), the latter will not be nullified and will be fully transferred to the balance of your new service. During migration internet traffic remaining on your previous account will be transferred to your new account. In any case, the transferred traffic cannot exceed double amount of high-speed internet traffic of your new tariff plan. In case it does, the difference will be nullified. While migrating from Flybox to Internet Now or MyFi, minutes or SMS bundles are not transferrable.

  • through all ATMs supporting ArCa,
  • through MegaPay, TelCell and Tandem payment terminals,
  • in more than 900 Haypost offices in all towns and villages of Armenia,

If you choose to make the payment via bank transfer, please transfer the amount to the a/n 16048054007108 in “VTB–Armenia Bank” CJSC for each invoice, by specifying your Orange account which can be found in “Data” field.

You need to pay for both your monthly fee and outstanding negative balance up to every month’s 20th day. In case the payment is not done before the 1st day of the upcoming month, in order to activate the services you will have to pay the outstanding debt both for your previous month as well as the current monthly fee. The monthly fee is subject for payment even if you haven’t used the service, for example, when you’ve been out of the country. If you have done enough prepayment before the payment date and it covers your monthly fee or more, then fee and negative balance for the current month are charged from the prepayment.

Once you have consumed the included minutes and SMS during the month, you can continue sending SMS and making calls by simply recharging your account. And if you have consumed high-speed traffic, you can recharge your account and activate one of high-speed internet bundles .

Orange internet service is activated, if while subscribing to the relevant tariff plan you pay the monthly fee according to your tariff plan. 

If you acquire a modem with special conditions, apart form the monthly fee you will need to pay for the modem as well while subscribing. 

The service will be active until the 20th day of the following month. In active period you can use internet service, send and receive SMSs, and in case of Flybox service, you can as well make and receive local and international calls within the limits of your tariff plan, recharged amounts, extra credit limit, activated services and service bundles. To activate services and service bundles you will need to have extra credit limit or extra recharged amount on Your account. Unless you pay until the payment date (20th day of each month), the service will turn into passive period. Each month you need to pay for both your monthly fee and the amount used from your extra credit limit, if it exists. The passive period lasts until the end of the following month. In this period you can only receive SMS as well as calls, if you are Flybox service subscriber. Please note that active services and service bundles are preserved in passive period, but you cannot use them. You can reactivate all the services at any time in passive period by simply paying the monthly fees for current and previous months as well as the amount used from extra credit limit. Monthly fee is charged in passive period. Should you fail to pay the outstanding debts by the end of the passive period, internet service will be deactivated (terminated) for the period of 1 month, during which you can still activate all services simply by paying the outstanding debts, amount used from extra credit limit and late payment penalties. Unless you fully pay the outstanding debts until expiry of the service suspension period, the subscription agreement will be terminated by Orange unilaterally without prior notice thereon to you, and your number will be provided to other subscriber. In this case the service is reactivated on general basis.
