You can choose your tariff plan upon activation of your SIM card and making your first call.
You can change your tariff plan within 15 days up to 3 times for free without any need of additional recharge. In future you also can change your tariff plan by paying 500AMD.
You can change your tariff plan by means of:
- going to My Orange web self-care page (my.orangearmenia.am)
- dialing (*111*1#)
- calling (111)
Visiting any Orange shop and presenting your ID document.
Migration from Orange Let’s Talk to Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly
If you are an Orange Let’s Talk service subscriber and wish to become an Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly subscriber, you should visit any Orange shop, sign a request form and have a credit on your account equal to 1 month subscription of one of the Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly tariff plans you want to migrate to. E.g., if you want to migrate to Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly 4000 AMD tariff plan, you need to have minimum 4000 AMD on your balance.
After migration you will preserve the accumulated bonus points, positive balance, automatically activated offers, your Favorite number and activated service packages, which are applicable to Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly monthly subscriptions and your current tariff plan.
Migration from Orange Let’s Talk to Orange Lion
If you are an Orange Let’s Talk service subscriber and wish to become an Orange Lion subscriber, you should visit any Orange shop, sign a request form and subscription agreement.
You will be requested to pay the guarantee deposit in case you wish to have a credit limit above 5000 AMD.
Please note, that the monthly fee for that particular month when you change your subscription is calculated and charged from the first day of becoming Orange Lion till the end of the particular month, when the agreement has been signed.
If you choose Orange Lion 2500 tariff plan, for the very first month you get the minutes included in this tariff plan in accordance to the days left until the 1st of the next month.
After migration you will preserve the positive balance, automatically activated offers, your favorite number and active services' bundles, which are applicable to Orange Lion tariff plans.
Migration from Orange Let's Talk to Orange Business
If you are an Orange Let’s Talk service subscriber and wish to become an Orange Business service subscriber, you need to terminate the existing Orange Let’s Talk contract and agree with business package responsible upon your integration into package.
When you migrate from Orange Let’s Talk service to Orange Business service, the positive balance on your prepaid account is preserved and transferred to the personal sub-account; meanwhile your accumulated bonus points, active service bundles, automatically activated offers as well as your favorite number are deactivated.
Payment is made beforehand, i.e. before you start using Orange services.

- in more then 6000 points of sales and in your nearest supermarkets: Yerevan City, Star, Fresh, SAS
- with ATMs supporting ArCa

Orange Let’s Talk prepaid service is activated when you make your first call*.
Orange Let’s Talk prepaid service is active for 3 months since activation date**. In active period you can make and receive calls from/to any directions, send and receive SMSs and MMSs, use GPRS (mobile Internet) and other services. The initial balance (1000 AMD that you have on your balance when acquiring an Orange SIM-card) can be used during the mentioned validity period of 5 months. If you do not recharge your account during this period, you will have 1 additional month to receive calls and SMS.
If you recharge your account your Orange SIM-card active and passive validity periods will vary depending on the amount you recharged (SIM card validities here). After the completion of the active period the service turns into passive period. The duration of passive period is 6 months. During that particular period you can only receive calls, SMSs and MMSs and make calls to first aid free numbers only. It is important to know, that the credit on your account is preserved even during passive period and you can use it after you recharge and turn into active period again. The credit and recharged amount will be completely under your disposal in active period.
If you do not recharge your account after passive period completion, the service will be deactivated; positive balance and bonus points will be annulled. On top of this you will have 1 additional month to recharge and re-activate your Orange Let’s Talk services. Should you fail to recharge within that 1 additional month, your Orange Subscription Agreement will unilaterally terminate.
*If you do not activate (make first call) your SIM card during 12 months after registration, your agreement will be unilaterally terminated by Orange without prior notificlation to you and your number will be provided to other subscriber.
