For safety and security reasons your account will be protected with 2 passwords: main and current. The main password customers is combined of the last 6 digits of the ID, provided while registration, e.g. your passport number. The current password is needed to login into
My Orange page and for using the Online assistance service. In order to create one you need to:
- enter My Orange page at my.orangearmenia.am
- click «receive a new password» link
- enter your SIM card number in the phone number field
- enter your main password in the password field
- submit the CAPTCHA code and press “enter”
You will receive your current password within minutes via SMS. Do not provide your password to any third parties.
