Orange Family package is the best solution for a family, due to which all your family members, who have different preferences, can join 1 common group and talk to each other at 0 AMD/minute rate as much as they want.

Orange Family package initially consists of 3 Orange Let’s Talk SIM cards. Though there is a possibility for another existing 1 Orange Let’s Talk customer to join the package and enjoy free talks within the package. In order to speak for free each package member has to pay 20 AMD daily fee notwithstanding the fact if the service was used during the day or not. If there is no amount on any of the package members’ accounts to pay the daily fee, then the talks within the package are charged according to these members’ assigned tariff plans. The package members will talk to other subscribers outside their package at the regular rate according to their tariff plans.

In case one of the package members is in roaming he/she will continue paying the daily fee, but the charge per call to other package members is done according to roaming tariffs. At the same time all other package members continue calling the one in roaming free of charge. The video-calls between the package members are charged at the regular rates according to their tariff plans.

Orange Family package will be in effect from the moment all 3 SIM cards make their first calls. From the moment of activation of every SIM card the daily fee will be charged no matter if the rest of the cards are activated or not. The one who makes the first call automatically becomes the package manager.

Orange Family package can include up to 4 members. The package is considered to be active in case 3 members minimum are there and 2 out of those are initially the ones from 3 SIM card bound pack. In case one of the initially included 3 members leaves the package and only 2 remain, the package manager can invite any other existing Orange Let’s Talk subscriber within 24 hours. If a new member doesn’t join the package within 24 hours, the package will be deactivated. The reactivation of package is not possible once the package is deactivated.

Every single Orange Let’s Talk number can be a member of only one Orange Family package.

If one of the package members changes the phone number, he/she will stay in the package, but in case one of the package members changes the subscription type (from Orange Let’s Talk to Every Month or Business), the membership is automatically terminated.

To use your Orange Family package just enter Orange Family menu by dialing 140 . With the help of this menu any member of the package anytime (as well as the package manager) can make an inquiry about the numbers included in the package and leave the package. By the way when leaving the package the customer remains an Orange Let’s Talk customer and talks at the regular rates prescribed for his/her tariff plan. In case the package manager wishes to leave the package, he/she has to delegate the managerial rights to another package member.

By means of dialling 140, the package manager can:

• invite a new package member by means of “invite or accept a new member” request, i.e. sending the invitee (Orange Let’s Talk) number, which is currently not a member of another Orange Family package (The invitee should accept the invitation within 24 hours);
• delete any member of the package by means of “delete package member” request;
• delegate the managerial rights to another member of the package by means of “delegate the package management” request.

The package manager can invite a new package member by means of dialing 14010YYXXXXXX, where 0YYXXXXXX is the invitee’s number.

By means of the same menu another already existing Orange Let’s Talk customer can join Orange Family package, if by the time of joining it he/she is not a member of another Orange Family package. What he/she needs to do is just dialling 140 , entering Orange Family menu and answer the inquiry with the phone number of the particular Orange Family package manager, he wishes to join.

Already existing Orange Let’s Talk customers can join any Orange Family package by means of dialing 14010YYXXXXXX, where 0YYXXXXXX is the phone number of the package manager. The request to join the package should be approved by the manager within 24 hours. Only in that case a new member can join the package.

The migration from one Orange Family package to another one is possible only after 30 days, counted from the day of joining the previous package.

After joining the Orange Family package Orange Let’s Talk subscriber cannot use Favorite Number service.
