To deactivate the service just dial 121 2   free of charge and follow the instructions. You can also visit the nearest Orange shop.

If you are an Every Month Dolphin, Butterfly, Panther or Lion customer to activate roaming dial 121 free of charge and then follow the instructions on your mobile. You will be notified about the activation of the service by SMS.

Please note that while you are in roaming, calls you make to Customer Care Service (055000555) and self-care number (055000111) will be charged at the same rate as calls made to Armenia according to your tariff plan.
