When you have reached 0 on your account you can use Call me back and Top me up services.

If you are out of credit and don’t have any bonus and you urgently need to call or to send an SMS, you can use the Emergency credit service. We will send 100 AMD to your account. You can again use the Emergency credit service after the next recharge. When you recharge your account, the amount we sent you as Emergency credit will be deducted from your credit. You can use this service anytime, except when you are in roaming.
