There are calls you don't want to miss. So it is great to be able to answer to someone trying to reach you even when you are already busy having a conversation with another caller.

Call Waiting
If you are having an active call and someone else is trying to call you, you will be notified that a new call is waiting. You are notified through a beep, and on your Orange phone screen will appear the message "Call waiting". You have the option either to answer, reject or ignor the second call. There can only be simultaneously one call ongoing with one call waiting.

Call Hold
When you are in a call, you can temporarily hold it (without ending the call) in order to initiate a new call or accept a call waiting

Your correspondent will hear an greeting announcing he is on hold and recommending him not to end the call.You can only have one active call at a time and one on hold.

Plus, you have the choice to swap between the two calls (the active call and the one on hold) for as many times as you wish.

You can easily activate or desactivate these services from your mobile's menu.

Once call waiting/call hold are activated, you will stop receiving missed calls or voice mail messages if someone calls you while you are already busy talking on your phone.
