The Short Message Service (SMS) allows Orange subscribers to send and receive text messages (up to 160 characters) using their mobile phones.This can be done to any network whether national or international. 
The service is available to all Orange subscribers. 
The cost per SMS depends on each tariff plan. 

The charging for Premium SMSs is generally done in two stages, if no other information. For each sent content request the customer is charged following to his/her tariff plan, and for each received content the customer is charged according to the tariffs set by the content provider.
