Due to these services from here on, when buying phone or smartphone at Orange shops, you will be provided with professional consulting. The trained technical staff, i.e. Orange experts, will help tyou to easily get familiarized with all functionalities of their new phone, set network data, email, keypad, language, time and date.
In the scope of Transfer and save service, Orange specialsits will help you to transfer all the data contained in their old phone to the new one and save them by means of a USB flash.
If you want to buy smartphone, Orange experts will help to make not only an easy decision in choosing the phone model you want, but also to define SMS, MMS, Internet, email network settings. These services will be provided free of charge to those customers, who buy iPhone, HTC Tattoo, HTC Desire, Nokia N97 and Nokia E71 phones. If needed, consulting with regard to use of the software will also be provided to you and your phones will be entered in a relevant Application Store.
Moreover, in the scope of Orange Care service, Orange specialists will install free of charge iPhone4 operational system in all iPhones bought at Orange shops, which will enable iyou to benefit from new functionalities of your iPhone.
